The Asheton Lakes Pool & Pavilion

The covered pool deck is a wonderful venue for Asheton Lakes residents to host parties. Download a Reservation Agreement check the Calendar and contact Association Manager Barbara Arington for available dates.

For the safety of all our residents and their guests, please review and be familiar with the neighborhood’s pool rules.

Mount Vernon Lake

The Mount Vernon lake is for the use of the members of the Asheton Lakes Property Owners Association. Access to the Mount Vernon lake is via the walking trail located on Watercrest Drive .

  • Members must accompany guests when at the lake.
  • Motorized vehicles (cars, trucks, golf carts, etc) are NOT permitted on the trail or around the lake.
  • Use of the lake area is at your own risk.
  • No swimming in the pond.
  • Fishing is permitted but please “catch and release”.

Tennis Courts

 

Asheton Lakes residents now have access to the two tennis courts located adjacent to the Asheton Park pool. So dust off your racquets and enjoy the newly resurfaced courts.
