In efforts to better serve our Asheton Lakes neighbors, the Board of the Asheton Lakes Property Owners Association (ALPOA) has developed this website in hopes that property owners find it useful and informative. It is the goal of this Board to keep Asheton Lakes one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Auburn.

If you’re new to Asheton Lakes or thinking about moving here, we hope this site will help you learn more about the neighborhood and stay involved in how our neighborhood is progressing.

The Annual Property Owners Meeting is typically held the 1st Wednesday in January, at the Auburn Chamber of Commerce at 6pm.
