Mount Vernon Lake

The Mount Vernon lake is for the use of the members of the Asheton Lakes Property Owners Association. Access to the Mount Vernon lake is via the walking trail located off of Watercrest Drive near the Watercrest Dr. roundabout .

• Members must accompany guests when at the lake.

• Motorized vehicles (cars, trucks, golf carts, etc) are NOT permitted on the trail or around the lake.

• Use of the lake area is at your own risk.

• No swimming in the pond.

• Fishing is permitted but please “catch and release”.
