Please complete the form in its entirety, then sign and date it, and submit it to a Covenants Committee Member, a Board Member, the Property Manager or mail it to the Association. The Covenants Committee is unable to research a complaint without all the information requested. The results of the research will be forwarded to you as soon as it is completed.
All complaints are held in the strictest confidence.
